Position Summary:
Our Atlanta, GA office has the opportunity for a CLE Coordinator to join the firm’s Client Services department. This position will assist our CLE team with all aspects of continuing legal education (CLE) credits for clients and Ogletree Deakins attorneys for national events/webinars. Job duties include vetting Ogletree’s national client-facing programs (national webinars and in-person/virtual seminars) for CLE eligibility, taking steps to obtain CLE approval/accreditation from all states where available, issuing certificates of attendance, and tracking credit to assist in any audits or client requests. The CLE Coordinator will utilize software and tracking tools related to CLE and will serve as a resource and point of contact for issues relating to state-by-state CLE requirements and accreditation for our national programs. This position may work on a hybrid schedule out of our Atlanta office.
