The role requires positive interactions with customers and attention to detail to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and employees. Requirements Key Responsibilities Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and mopping Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling Clean, sanitize, and supply bathrooms Respond promptly to spills or accidents to ensure employee and customer safety. Deep cleaning cases, bunkers, bumper rails, shelves, carts, and hand baskets. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness and safety of fuel pump areas including trash removal, spill cleanup and restocking windshield cleaning supplies. Other duties as assigned to support operations. Qualifications Ability to take the initiative and know if certain items need attention Positive attitude, excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Maintain professional and appropriate conduct.. Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organization skills. Must be able to speak and read in English clearly. Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to adapt to the dynamic needs of the job. Working Conditions and Physical Demands Stand and walk for long periods of time Complete tasks, works positions with repetitive motions Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.
