CLEAN WATER MODELLER & ENGINEER - VIRTUAL GRADUATE ASSESSMENT CENTRE

RPS continue to grow, and we are now looking to reinforce our Water Consultancy business in our Newcastle, Sheffield, Brighton, Exeter, and Derby Offices, with Graduate Clean Water Engineers, Data Analysts & Modellers.
This is an exciting and unrivalled opportunity to develop and progress in an environment where your efforts and talent are recognised. We are looking at a start date of October & November 2025.

We will be hosting a Virtual Graduate Assessment Centre on the 7th of October. The day will last from 9.25 to around 16.00, and involve:

  • Welcome Presentation
  • Group Presentation Exercise
  • Technical Assessment
  • Individual Interview

The Graduate roles available in the strategy team will combine office/home-based working alongside professionals who are at the forefront of the industry, with opportunities to complete site work where required for data collection. Though for the duration of your probation you will be office based.

Responsibilities
  • Data handling and analysis of large datasets.
  • Statistical analysis of data.
  • Preparation of factual and interpretative reports.
  • Construction and maintenance of statistical models.
  • Client and stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Provide input to development, maintenance and documentations of bespoke software tools and applications.
  • Use of GIS, including software such as QGIS and ArcGIS.
