JOB DISCRIPTION: Providing support to internal clients Ensure the cleanliness of the Office building as well as preparing refreshments for meetings Ensure office/building are welcoming and cleanliness maintained. Ensure that refreshments are served Ensure health and safety is adhered to and maintained Ensure compliance to Human Capital policies and procedures Ensure compliance to financial policies and procedure Assist with general tasks and ad hoc functions Build and maintain good relations with PPECB internal clients and visitors. Continuous self-improvement in their area of responsibility according to the PPECB performance framework JOB REQUIREMENTS A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the cleaning industry or cleaning experience in an office environment Certificates in computer training would be advantageous Proven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behaviour General knowledge of hygiene practices Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment Basic knowledge of occupationally health and safety practices and procedures Knowledge to operate office cleaning equipment Good verbal and written communication skills Good comprehension skills The ability to work independently and / or with minimum supervision The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) is an independent service provider of quality certification and cold chain management services for South African producers and exporters of perishable food products. Established in 1926, the PPECB has delivered valuable services to the perishable products industry for over 90 years by enhancing the credibility of the South African export certificate and supporting the export competitiveness of South Africa's perishable product industries.

Responsibilities
