Description
Responsible for general oversight, cleaning and stocking supplies in all public areas inside and outside of assigned building, including restrooms. Respond to business management needs in a timely and effective manner.  May need to clean any secured areas which cannot be cleaned at night.  JOB DUTIES: * Respond to building requests as instructed. * Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) * Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, and phones. * Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects. * Emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, disposing trash into dumpsters and bags for proper disposal. * Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners * Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. * Stock and maintain supply rooms. * Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.  * Follow all health and safety regulations. * Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. * Monitor entire lobby areas and plaza for cleanliness. * Monitor and maintain escalators and elevator cabs, including floors, as required. If carpeted, floors in elevators, cabs to be vacuumed and spots to be removed, as required. * Clean fingerprints/marks from glass doors/mirrors. * Perform high/low detail dusting/vacuuming. * Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, extremes in temperature and or humidity. * Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.  * Function as a contact for client, using high level of professionalism and communication skills. * Work with little to no supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete on a daily basis * Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties. Continuous walking and standing. * Must be able to speak and communicate effectively with management and customers.     * Job duties may be modified at any time. 2: 00 pm-10:30 pm 40hrs
