The Role Part-Time Evening Cleaner Mon-Fri 4pm-12:30am We’re seeking a reliable cleaner to service one courthouse per shift, scheduled 3–4 evenings per week with advance notice provided. Note: You will be guaranteed a minimum of 24 hours per week. The hours are from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and includes general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Ideal candidates are dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with a flexible weekly schedule. This role will provide janitorial services to the following courthouses: Van Nuys Courthouse East Van Nuys Courthouse West San Fernando Courthouse What You Will Do Empty, clean, and damp wipe all waste receptacles as well as remove wastepaper and rubbish from the premises to designated areas. Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or dust-mop hard floor surfaces, and damp-mop or clean spills as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. Keep janitor’s closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition. Other jobs and duties as identified or assigned as needed. Responsibilities

The cleaner will perform general janitorial duties including waste removal, vacuuming, and mopping in various courthouse locations. They are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the janitor's closet and completing other assigned tasks.
