We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a high-rise residential building located on West Georgia Street, Vancouver. This is a full-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the building’s common areas, including all 40 residential floors, daily disposal removal, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
• Reliable and a good communicator
• Strong time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  Location: West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC

• Vacuum walk-off mats and remove spots where possible
• Clean all interior walls, elevator doors, and vacuum floors
• Wipe down door tracks and frames
• Clean concierge desk and mailroom
• Empty waste receptacles
• Replace all recycling bins once emptied
• Replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming
• Clean up spills, broken glass, and other messes promptly
• Clean, organize and restock storage room
• Collect garbage from each floor daily
• Ensure all bathrooms are sanitar
• Order new cleaning supplies as needed
• Common area cleaning and disposal removal from all 40 residential floors
