We're here to help! Main Duties & Responsibilities: This role will include a variety of duties: To clean and maintain the site as per the scope of work. To wear company uniform/PPE at all times whilst on shift. To ensure that all cleaning duties are conducted strictly by our standards so that quality work is delivered fully meeting/exceeding our client’s expectations. To ensure that all work undertaken is strictly conducted by LondonEnergy and ABM’s Health and Safety procedures. Moreover, to demonstrate their commitment to the fact that each LondonEnergy/ABM employee has a personal responsibility for their health and safety and for that of persons who may be affected by their acts/or omissions. To perform cleaning duties as directed by the site management/supervisory team and ABM contracts manager. To consider the work undertaken and wherever opportunities for improvements to working practices exist, putting forward suggestions so that ‘continuous improvement’ is the norm. To work in an initiative-taking manner supporting/assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so. To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/ operationally required. Person Specification: To ensure exemplary standards in respect of the cleaning service are provided at LondonEnergy sites and customer service to the public is always delivered. Colleagues are supported and assisted so that teamwork thrives. The post holder will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest cleaning standards are always adhered to. Professional and proactively, a good team player. Essential: Experience in using motorised equipment Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Good customer care skills.
