Job Summary Al Marwan Developments is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across real estate properties and office facilities. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a safe, clean, and presentable environment at all times. Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Cleaner include, but are not limited to: Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas Refill cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, and sanitizer as needed Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, corridors, and building premises Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are serviced regularly Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and as instructed Assist in deep cleaning tasks when required Support in maintaining hygiene standards across multiple locations Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to follow instructions and work independently Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible Flexible and willing to work across different locations as required
