Description Objectives: To keep the building and outlet store clean Responsibilities: % of Time · Clean and prepare coffee in break rooms 5% · Prepare coffee in President’s office 5% · Clean offices, restrooms, conference rooms, outlet store, and mail/file room 35% · Make coffee for break rooms and President’s office 5% · Clean, vacuum and wash doors in outlet store 10% · Wash, dry and fold work towels 10% · Clean all glass doors, metal or wood doors, handle areas, and door mats 5% · Check all paper dispensers in restrooms and break rooms, empty trash containers and last time cleaning of all break rooms 20% · Do complete cleaning on Saturdays when Embroidery works Saturday and embroidery room only on Sundays if Embroidery works Sunday 5% Qualifications: 1. Must speak and understand English 2. Must have a good sense of what is clean and how to keep up with heavy or light use 3. Ability to follow instructions 4. Very detail oriented 5. Take pride in the building and pace his/her work so that all work is completed daily 6. Be available for overtime when needed
