Elizabet M Company is looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to join our team in Maastricht and Eindhoven. You will be responsible for cleaning homes and/or offices to our high standards of quality. Do you take pride in leaving spaces spotless and have an eye for detail? Then we’d love to have you on our team! This role offers flexible scheduling and we can provide as many hours as you are available to work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in cleaning is a plus but not required – we provide training for motivated candidates.
• Strong work ethic: punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented in your work.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Basic communication skills in Dutch or English (you should be able to understand instructions and, if needed, chat with clients or colleagues).
• Residence in/near Maastricht or Eindhoven (or willingness to travel to these areas for work).

• Clean residential and commercial premises – tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and trash removal.
• Ensure each location is left hygienic and presentable to clients’ satisfaction.
• Identify and report any maintenance or supply needs (e.g. low cleaning supplies) to your supervisor.
• Occasionally interact with clients professionally if on-site, addressing any simple requests courteously.
