Temple Recruitment are looking for a number of CSCS Cleaners to assist a client on jobs across Northamptonshire & Cambridgeshire.
Ongoing work for the right candidate.
Kit provided.
Mileage paid for drivers.
Transport provided from Wellingborough head office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A valid CSCS card is essential.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role is mandatory - references will be required.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Good communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between job sites however transport is provided from Wellingborough head office - you will need to arrive here at 07:00am daily.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  Pay: £12.60-£15.35 per hour

Experience:

• Cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In perso

• Perform Builders & Sparkle cleans on Construction sites (Residential).
• Duties to include polishing, mopping, de-taping, hoovering, dusting, window cleaning and cleaning other surfaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised.
• Manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries promptly.
