• Cleaning Responsibilities
• Floor and Common Area Maintenance:
• Sweep, mop, and clean all mall floors, including building premises.
• Facility Cleanliness:
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in washrooms, entrances, and parking areas.
• Waste Management:
• Dispose of garbage regularly.
• Supplies and Hygiene:
• Refill cleaning materials and ensure consistent hygiene standards across the building and its premises.
• Security Responsibilities
• Surveillance and Monitoring:
• General and physical observation of entire mall and common areas and report any maintenance required for the mall to the management.
• Patrolling Duties:
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the mall and parking areas.
• Incident Reporting:
• Observe and report suspicious activities, unauthorised parking, theft, property damage, or safety concerns.
• Customer and Tenant Assistance:
• Provide support to customers and tenants as and when required.
• Safety Assurance:
• Ensure the safety and security of all mall property, tenants, and customers at all times.
