We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A keen eye for detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cleaning purposes.
• Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any issues encountered during shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or occupants promptly and professionally.
• Assist in custodial duties such as restroom maintenance, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Participate in facilities maintenance tasks as required, contributing to the overall upkeep of the property.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
