Were a London based commercial cleaning company. We maintain and clean various private blocks of flats across London. The core hub of our business is communal cleaning, but we also undertaken reach and wash window cleaning, carpet cleaning and waste removals. Due to an expansion in our portfolio were looking to hire a part time cleaner ( must hold a full UK driving licence). Previous experience is not essential as the successful candidate will receive full training.
Our weekly timetables are sent out to all operative Friday evening, so the next week works are sent out in advance. The company car/van will be provided by the company along with a fuel card for petrol. Some jobs maybe worked in pairs ( as a team) and some jobs maybe carried out solo depending on the job at hand.
The keys for the properties are held in our office and this is the meeting point for the start of the day. We have an onsite car park and off road parking. Should you be traveling by train the nearest stations near our office are Brimsdown and Southbury Road.
We have two start times which are optional to pick from
07:30am- 3:30pm
or
09:00am - 5:00pm
The required days of work are Wednesday & Friday

The cleaning task are as follows:-

• Mopping
• Dusting
• External cleaning
• Vacuuming
• Disinfecting bin stores
• Change and replace light bulbs
• Travel between sites
• Update the office as and when required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £100.00 per day
