JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check (To be able to drive a company vehicle)
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
• Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential for this role.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the property.
• Lift heavy objects when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
