We are currently seeking a full-time Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. The position requires working 4 out of 5 weekdays (Monday to Friday) as well as every other weekend.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Customer service skills
  • A pleasant demeanour
  • Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc)

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms, swimming pools, recreation rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping

  • Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
  • Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property
  • Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
  • Perform other duties as assigned
