JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers to assist skilled workers on various fit-out, construction, and interior project sites. The Helper’s primary responsibility is to support carpenters, gypsum installers, electricians, and other tradespeople in their daily tasks, ensuring smooth site operations and adherence to safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years of experience as a helper or laborer in fit-out or construction projects preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads, standing for long periods, and working in outdoor or indoor environments.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
• Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in construction/interior fit-out is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Flexibility to work on different project sites as required.
• Must comply with company rules, site discipline, and safety policies.

• Assist skilled workers with tasks such as material handling, preparation of work areas, and cleaning up after work completion.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Carry out basic manual labor duties like lifting, digging, moving items, and maintaining a tidy and safe site environment.
• Support the installation of gypsum partitions, ceilings, carpentry work, and other interior elements as instructed.
• Mix, prepare, and deliver materials and tools to craftsmen when needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Adhere to all site safety regulations and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the site supervisor immediately.
