Description

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Cleaners / Housekeeping Attendants to join our growing operations team. The right candidates will have hands-on experience in professional cleaning and property care, with the ability to deliver high standards consistently across residential and holiday home units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all assigned areas.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and restock amenities as required.
  • Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas meet hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management.
  • Follow company standard operating procedures and quality checklists.
  • Maintain a professional attitude, grooming, and conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping/cleaning experience in Dubai (residential, hotel, or holiday homes preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemical safety.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in English (basic level required).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
