What We’re Looking For: INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Cleaner for a property located in Annandale, MN. Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) Cleaning the common areas including but not limited to: Hallways, Entry Doors and Windows, Recreation/Community Room, Fitness Center, and Elevator. Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month). Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers. Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): A high school diploma or equivalent Time Management skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Working Conditions: Hourly Part Time On-Call Why INH Properties?
