Schedule: Full-time and part-time, day and night schedules available Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour Job tasks include, but are not limited to: Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas. Responsible for the dust and wet mopping, sweeping, and polishing of floors with appropriate cleaning supplies. Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings. Responsible for refilling supplies (i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) Responsible for washing windows and scrubbing any dirty areas. Responsible for informing supervisor/manager of anything that is broken and/or not functioning correctly so the issue can be resolved promptly. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. Must be physically capable of performing 8 hours of physical work each day. Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques. Must have good interpersonal skills. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. Demonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies. Must be proactive, be able to muti-task and strong time management skills to ensure all work is completed by the end of the shift. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to follow health and safety standards. Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions. Possess a strong attention to detail mindset. Material and Equipment Used: Must be familiar with standard cleaning supplies and chemicals. Physical & Communication Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and ability to bend. Extensive standing and walking. This position requires the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as a bona fide occupational qualification. The successful candidate must be able to comprehend and accurately interpret written English instructions, safety/emergency information, regulatory documentation, and job-related correspondence and relay that information verbally in English to client’s guests. This requirement is directly related to essential job functions and workplace safety. Candidate must have reliable transportation, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be willing to submit to a background check.
