Gremac Maintenance is a leading provider of professional cleaning and maintenance services. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across multiple locations. We are currently seeking a site manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure smooth workflow across our sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties, such as bending, stooping, and reaching

  Pay: From $17.25 per hour
  Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week

• Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
