POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our accommodation sites, including communal areas, offices, and individual rooms. This is a part-time role suited to those available during school hours, with potential for full-time employment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Enhanced DBS check (required)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexible and willing to adjust hours based on operational needs

• Clean and maintain communal areas including kitchens, toilets, offices, and hallways (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins)
• Perform end-of-tenancy deep cleans for vacated resident rooms
• Conduct daily Health & Safety checks (e.g., showerhead cleaning, room condition checks)
• Report cleaning supply needs to your line manager
• Adhere to all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
• Follow all internal policies and procedures
• Communicate regularly with residents and staff
• Work under the guidance and supervision of the Cleaning Coordinator
• Occasionally provide cover or attend other sites when needed
