• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces and vacated student rooms.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests or concerns in a professional manner.
