About the position: At Cullen we believe that how we present our spaces is a direct reflection of our values and our brand. As our Cleaner, you will be the guardian of our physical standards. You will support the Property & Expansion team by maintaining a high degree of cleanliness across four individual spaces. You are someone who cares about taking pride in the small details that make our clients and staff feel inspired. We are looking for someone on a part-time basis who can do 1-2 days per week. Key Responsibilities include: Perform daily cleaning of all office, showroom, and staff areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness. Vacuum carpets and floors, remove rubbish, clean glass surfaces, and ensure all areas are presentable for staff and clients. Clean and sanitise kitchen and bathroom facilities, including sinks, benches, toilets, mirrors, and appliances, ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. Refill consumables including toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed. Conduct weekly cleaning tasks including wiping down desks, cleaning internal fridges, mopping floors and washing, drying, & replacing tea towels regularly. Complete monthly deep cleaning activities such as detailed kitchen and bathroom cleans, floor scrubbing, and wall & window cleaning. Coordinate and liaise with external cleaning contractors for specialised services such as pressure washing, steam cleaning, and carpet cleaning as required. Liaise with external waste management providers to ensure timely rubbish collection and compliance with building requirements. Monitor, order, and maintain stock levels of cleaning consumables and supplies. What are we seeking? Demonstrated experience in similar roles such as cleaner or janitor, commercial settings being desirable. Experience in managing external contractors and budgets Ability to work autonomously, flexibly, and manage competing priorities. Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
