Description

Position Summary Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Cleaner is responsible for cleaning related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Sweep, scrub, mop, wash floors of entrances, laundry rooms * Pick up of garbage inside and outside of the buildings * Vacuuming of the hallways- carpeting, area rugs, hardwood and vinyl floors * Shampoo carpets & rugs * Wipe down appliances inside, out and behind * Dust furniture, clean all metal fixtures and fittings * Cleaning of windows, walls, surfaces * Clean toilets, wash basins, taps, mirrors, tubs and showers * Clean, mop, disinfect kitchen, polish kitchen fixtures and appliances * Other related duties as assigned by Regional Manager Qualifications and Requirements * Must have experience in cleaning job * Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 7 holders are not eligible) * Must possess a reliable vehicle to use at work * Must successfully complete a security clearance * Flexible to work 5 days a week, may include weekends * Effective communication and team working skills
