As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our community. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our offices and facilities in top condition. Requirements Walk and inspect community grounds. Clean and sanitize apartment units and community areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Empty trash and recycling bins. Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs. Qualifications: Prior experience as a cleaner or in a similar role preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
