We can help anyone interested in exploring, diagnosing, and building a plan for the land. We are looking to add a full time Cleaner Operator to our team at our Hemingford, NE location. The ideal candidate is internally motivated with an unwavering drive toward excellence. They are detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks throughout the day. All Millborn Seeds teammates must have the ability to adapt to change and a commitment to growing the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES › Execute processing schedule with timing expectations › Basic machine troubleshooting › Execute on cleaning quality specifications › Package cleaned products › Prepare outbound shipments in time for scheduled pickup › Load and unload bulk seed shipments in a timely manner › Contribute to general optimization with a continuous improvement mindset › Assist in the development of standard work procedures › Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS › Operational mindset - awareness of what’s coming to keep the process moving › Motivator - production can be taxing, keeping positive is critical › Thrives under pressure in a progressive, fast-paced environment › Positive mindset through challenging workload › Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak season › Forklift experience is preferred › Ability to lift 60 lbs For additional information or to submit your resume please contact careers@millbornseeds.com.
