Bodwell High School is a private boarding school located at North Vancouver. We are currently looking for PART TIME CLEANERS for a wide range of roles to provide support at our building. 6-hour shift from 8am to 2:30pm. Occasional weekends.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants must have a valid Social Insurance Number and be legal to work in Canada
• Education: High School Diploma or the equivalent
• One year janitor/ housekeeper experience preferred but will train
• Possess a good understanding of English language, both written and oral
• Physically capable of lifting or moving objects up to 40lb
• Ability to work independently
• Well mannered, honest, reliable and take directions well
• Must have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival for scheduled shifts
• Subject to criminal records reviews
  $19-21 per hour depending on experience.

• Regular duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, bathrooms, managing laundry, and keeping the premises neat and tidy
• Clean and supply school building
• Routine upkeep school exterior and parking lot
• Collect & dispose of trash and recycling
• Handle all work material and equipment with care and keep it well cleaned
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects during school holiday
• Notify management of needed repairs
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Other duties as required
