JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
• Familiarity with custodial practices, including the use of various cleaning products and equipment.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Experience:

• Commercial cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Provide custodial services that meet quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or special requests from clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
