JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner to work alongside and shadow management on cleaning jobs. This will then lead to a supervisor role, taking on responsibility to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role will be 4am till 8am/ Monday to Friday, with intentions of progressing to more. There may be the possibility of flexibility so please do not hesitate to ask enquire.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of performance and fostering a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a customer service or operational environment.
  • Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent initiative. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about leading teams and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a wide variety of cleaning tasks, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, mopping, hoovering, desks, emptying and replenishing bins, soap and toilet roll dispensers. kitchen cleaning, medical cleaning and factory cleaning.
  • Supervise the activities of team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment.
  • Maintain clear communication with management regarding operational challenges and team needs.
  • Drive company vehicles as required for operational tasks, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
