Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Cleaner to join our team in Newmarket. As a Practice Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff. Typical shifts are Monday to Friday 4 hours per week - flexible hours available. Competitive salary from £12.21 per hour About you: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the practice Clean and disinfect examination rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff areas Properly handle and dispose of medical waste according to established protocols Maintain and organise cleaning supplies and equipment Adhere to infection control and hygiene standards specific to healthcare settings Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed What do you get in return?
