Cleans and all common areas as scheduled by supervisor. Cleans vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor. Removes garbage from trash receptacles, ash trays and ash cans daily. Assist with resident work orders in apartments. Assist with turnover of apartments. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Salt / Snow removal duties. Requirements Prior residential cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Working cell phone. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments as scheduled by the supervisor. Additional duties include garbage removal, assisting with resident work orders, and performing grounds/landscaping work as needed.
