THE ROLE.

As a full-time cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the restaurant and service areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily cleaning of indoor and outdoor dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house.
• Assisting with kitchen cleaning, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Emptying bins, restocking cleaning supplies, and managing waste disposal.
• Ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are always met.
• Following cleaning schedules and checklists to support smooth service.
