We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. • Proven experience in custodial roles or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for specific cleaning assignments.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues that require attention.
• Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and inquiries from facility occupants in a professional manner.
• Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding the status of cleaning assignments and any challenges encountered.
