JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of our Airbnb property. This is a daily role (including weekends), requiring 1–2 hours per day. In addition to cleaning, the successful candidate will also look after our cat, plants, and fish, ensuring the home is fresh, cared for, and inviting at all times.
We may hire two people for this position to share responsibilities and cover each other’s shifts.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred
• Comfort and confidence around pets (especially cats)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a daily schedule (1–2 hours per day)
• Ability to interact professionally with guests if needed
• Proficient in English for communication and following instructions

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including changing bedding, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, dusting, and emptying bins
• Wash and dry laundry as needed (bed linens, towels, etc.)
• Ensure bins are taken out on the scheduled collection day
• Care for the household cat (feeding, refreshing water, occasional litter box maintenance, company/play)
• Water and monitor indoor plants
• Feed fish as instructed
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or supplies that need restocking promptly to the manager
