We are looking for candidates who enjoy cleaning. You will be responsible for contracts to clean common areas of two residential buildings in Kitchener

Required skills and qualifications:

• Independent and self motivated
• Hard working
• Attention to detail
• Courteous and professional
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as crouching, bending, standing, lifting up to 50lbs etc.
• Ability to work around dust and pet hair
• Work includes cleaning common areas by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting handrails, and taking out the communal trash
• Must be able to travel to locations throughout the work day
• Vehicle is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexible schedule is recommended
