Responsibilities:

• Provide high-standard cleaning in domestic and commercial settings
• Maintain and uphold company cleaning standards at every site
• Train and support new cleaners once fully trained
• Help with scheduling, team performance, and client satisfaction (as part of your leadership role)
• Act as a point of contact between cleaners and management

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence – essential (you will be required to travel between jobs)
• Previous domestic or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality results
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a professional attitude
• Good communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn, lead, and grow within the company
