We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A valid driver’s licence is desirable for travel between sites.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries with professionalism.
• Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
