You’ll empower clients to live more independently, safely, and meaningfully within their own environment by: Providing high-quality cleaning and related household services to clients in their homes in accordance with their individual care plans. Complete scheduled tasks efficiently and to a high standard within allocated timeframes, while adapting to each client’s individual needs and preferences. Build positive, respectful relationships with clients through professional communication and a caring, person-centred approach that promotes trust and independence. What We’re Looking For Location – Gold Coast and Surrounds Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive in the course of work. Ability to provide quality cleaning services using a variety of cleaning equipment and approved chemicals Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision to meet customer service requirements A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have! Currently studying Certificate iii Individual Support (Ageing) or willing to progress into this. Opportunity for eligible candidates to progress through to a paid traineeship to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support and become a fully qualified Care Worker. Previous experience across the aged care or disability sectors as a Domestic Assistant Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
