SUMMARY

We are seeking a Cleaner Supervisor/ Cleaner office assistant to join our dynamic team at Molly Croydon and Coulsdon UK.
This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction that our brand is known for..
Working hours Monday to Friday 9/9.30 am to 2.30 pm mostly _- no bank holiday or weekend work !

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Organised and efficiently working through to do lists for the day
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal for client interactions.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Organised individual who can work to given time lines and manage to multitask
• Detailed orientated , efficient and thorough work ethic
• good sense of humor!

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in clients homes according to established standards to cover for staff holidays, staff sickness and busy periods .
• Assist the manger in managing staff rota , recruitment , training and quality checking of staff / Cleans
• Provide exceptional Customer service to all our clients -new and established
• Professionally dealing with new inquiries and selling the Molly Maid service
• Generate Monthly invoices and allocating payments.
• Assisting in social media post to increase brand awareness .
• Assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the business
