About the opportunity You'll play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. Your responsibilities include ensuring a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to infection control protocols, and supporting the overall comfort and well-being of residents, and employees. Performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residents rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces. Manage housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring residents receive efficient, effective service with all requirements met in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles Ability to work independently, a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards A sense of compassion & empathy towards elderly residents Experience working in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential) A sense of empathy & compassion for elderly residents & their families.
