We are currently looking for passionate people to support our Home Care clients to live independently at home by providing domestic assistance with cleaning and laundry duties. ● Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team. ● Flexible working hours. ● Mobile phone. What you’ll bring You’re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community. To thrive in this role, you will have: ● Certificate III in Home or Aged Care is advantageous, but not essential. ● Passion about helping people in your community, with strong relationship building, time management and budget management skills. ● Previous case management experience as well as relevant qualifications. ● Strong communication and organisational skills. ● A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations. ● The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs. ● Current Victorian Drivers Licence. Responsibilities

Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry duties, to support home care clients in living independently. Create positive experiences for clients while working as part of a dedicated service team.
