OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including commercial spaces and facilities. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous custodial experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for various cleaning assignments.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure thoroughness in all cleaning activities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment by following safety protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Conduct facilities maintenance duties as required, including minor repairs and upkeep.
  • Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Handle heavy lifting as needed when moving furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
