We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a multi-site cleaning contract in NT. This dynamic role will be suitable for an ambitious experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team through an exciting period of growth to oversee a portfolio of sites.

THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE SUITED TO A C2 OR NEXT STEP UP.

Your role will be critical in achieving company goals through continuous improvement, support, and direction of our cleaning teams and providing world-class customer service to our clients.
Working closely with Head Office, you will focus on overseeing a portfolio of our clients and ground staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES THAT WILL BE FUNDAMENTAL TO YOUR ROLE NOT LIMITED TO INCLUDE:

• Liaise with clients and cleaning teams on a daily basis.
• Oversee the operations at specific sites in order to achieve industry-leading standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Cover missed shifts and work with cleaning teams where required.
• Work according to set budgetary constraints and retain profitability.
• Provide timely and accurate information to administration and ensure all staff are paid in accordance with the relevant awards and according to duties/hours of work.
• Conducting quality inspections, and reporting outcomes
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance.
• Initiate and provide client service solutions and actions to improve overall performance.
• Ensuring safe work practices are followed and that all assets are maintained.
• Incident and accident reporting, reviews and recommendations, toolbox talks.
• Oversee staff inductions and training.
• Oversee service provider compliance and management monitoring regulatory performance within your area of responsibility.
• Ensure all appropriate actions are taken to implement company Policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Business development assistance, quoting and selling our services.
