Job Overview
At Kingsway Golf LTD in Melbourn, we operate a family friendly golf centre. Hosting an 18 hole Jurassic themed adventure golf, a 9 hole footgolf course, a 9 hole Par 3 pitch and putt and a 9 hole par 33 WHS rated golf course. As well as a 30 bay Toptracer range, AF golf store and a Jamaica Blue cafe.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities. There may be opportunities to gain additional hours through holiday and sickness cover.
Our cleaners are also keyholders with the responsibility of opening the site as you will often be the first member of the team on site. Keyholder experience whilst not essential, would be advantageous.
Shift patterns are typically between 6am-8am but we can accomodate schedules depending on availability.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for cleaning Kingsway facilities, you will not be required to clean the golf store or the cafe on a regular basis.
- Clean and sanitize designated areas including toilets, washrooms, driving range and other communal spaces.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and disposing of trash
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Experience
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Customer service skills to interact with clients when necessary
- Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and report issues efficiently
