OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The job will mainly be ‘builders cleans’ ,cleaning before and after, working in domestic and commercial environments, usually along side a contractor. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in this type of work, we will expect them to lead the cleans, work with our partners and be the main point of contact to the customer. As the work grows, you will have more people to manage as the team grows.
This is a great opportunity to grow within an expanding company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is a must; extra training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work evenings or weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
