CLEANING CONTRACT MANAGER| £45/50K P/A | LONDON

Our client is the UK’s fastest-growing commercial cleaning company. They work with market leading serviced office providers to large corporates, offering bespoke solutions to each one.
We are seeking to recruit for them a dynamic Cleaning Contract Manager who will play an integral part and be the operational lead and the driving force for cleaning delivery across a high-profile Contract.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Holds a valid IOSH managing Safety certificate or BICS or a willingness to attain.
  • Proven cleaning and service delivery experience.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments with proven experience implementing new processes and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and familiar with HR procedures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful operational management.
  • Multi-site Mobile across multiple London locations.
  • In-depth understanding of H&S, COSHH compliance and ‘best practice’ standards.
  • Attend multiple sites throughout London. Own transport with paid milage.

Responsibilities

You will lead, support and guide the Supervisors and cleaning teams in the on-going operation and development of the cleaning delivery to ensure exceptional service levels, client satisfaction and continuous improvements. Steer your teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual agreements.
This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills, strong change management and HR capabilities, as well as a passion for instilling ‘best practice’ and is hands-on.
You will have previous experience as a Contract Manager with relevant cleaning experience of at least 3 years.
