This is brand new role due to site expansion – so it really is an excellent time to join & make this your own.
Job title: Cleaning Operations Manager. Aka: Housekeeping Manager, Facilities Manager, Cleaning Manager, etc
Location: Leeds outskirts – Rawdon, Horsforth, Yeadon area. Good for Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate, etc. Free parking on site.
Salary: £40K Basic + annual management bonus + Benefits package (Pension scheme, Volunteer leave, electric car scheme & more)
To be considered, we’d need to see a good blend of operational cleaning / facilities management experience, with a track record of leading & managing a team to deliver exceptional standards of service.
Comfortable handling a large budget (~£1 million, annually) & operating a 24/7 shift rota. You’ll have a team under you, with supervisor layer level too – so you’ll really need to be happy being that “go-to” manager, driving the team forward.
