About the Role – Cleaning Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners across prestigious sites in London. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning operatives across multiple sites.
  • Conduct regular site cleaning audits to ensure high standards are met.
  • Ensure staff work productively and safely, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with customer representatives to address any specific needs or concerns.
  • Organise rotas to ensure full coverage during holidays and sickness absences.
  • Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels efficiently.
  • Assist with staff training and development.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties as required.
